Dr. R. Nagarajan received his Ph.D. in Agronomy from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and thereafter joined the Agro Climate Research Centre, Coimbatore as a research associate. He has extensively worked on the assessment of the Climate Change Impact on Important Principal Crops of South India involving a Multi-Model Approach. He has also published more than 10 research papers in the field of agronomy and agricultural meteorology. Lately, he has been involved with a research team for developing weather windows to provide agro advisories to Tamil Nadu under automated weather forecasted mode. His work with the team got published in the Journal of Agrometeorology.
